2. Data we collect

This site does not use an integrated contact form: contact details (email, phone) are provided via direct links (mailto:, tel:) that open the user's own email client or phone. Any data sent in that context (name, email address, message content) stays within the direct communication between the user and the Data Controller, and is never transmitted to or stored by this site.

While browsing, in fully anonymous or aggregated form and only with explicit consent, statistical data on site usage may be collected via third-party cookies (Google Analytics). See the Cookie Policy for details on the cookies used.

Like any web service, this site also automatically collects certain technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) through the standard server log files required for its operation and security, following the usual practice of any hosting provider.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Responding to requests for information or quotes sent voluntarily by the user through the contact details published on the site;
  • Analysing, in aggregated and anonymous form, site usage to improve content and navigability, through statistics cookies activated only with user consent;
  • Ensuring the security and correct technical operation of the site.

  • Performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for contact or quote requests sent spontaneously by the user.

5. How data is processed

Processing is carried out using IT tools, with methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in a way that ensures the security and confidentiality of data, adopting technical and organisational measures adequate to prevent loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorised access to data.

6. Data recipients

Data collected through statistics cookies is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics) as data processor, in accordance with Google's privacy notice. No other disclosure of data to third parties is envisaged for purposes other than those indicated.

Google Analytics may involve a transfer of data to servers located outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Any data exchanged via email or phone is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and for any subsequent legal obligations (e.g. contractual, tax-related). Statistical data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to the terms set out in the Cookie Policy.

  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Erasure of data ("right to be forgotten"), in the cases provided for by law;
  • Restriction of processing;

  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal (for statistics cookies, via the "Cookie preferences" button in the footer of every page);
  • Complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it), if you believe the processing infringes applicable law.
