The importance of the survey

The survey of a site is a key element for the successful installation of a glass structure. To make a coarse survey strongly penalizes the aesthetic appearance of these systems. It is required greater accuracy  with respect to tolerances generally accepted in the construction industry.
We have done surveys on dozens of sites. We know what is important for a system of this kind and what is not. If we do the survey, we minimize the possibility of error.
On the basis of the experience gained, we have prepared several checklists that help us not to overlook anything.

For each survey we perform:

• General measures;
  

• Verification of the buildings structural composition (important for the choice of the fixing systems)
  

• Survey of details that could interfere during assembly or handling; passage width, elevators, etc ...
  

• Digital Photography;
  

• Reconstruction of the site on computer;
  

• Site accessibility analysis to transportation
